You need to be able to control yourself if you won’t be able to control yourself then you won't be able to control anyone in your team. You need justice in your team, you really need to be fair if you want to become the leader. You need to make your decision fast, if you can’t do that, it means that you’re not sure in yourself. YOU NEED TO PLAN EVERYTHING, MAKE IT GO SMOOTH. You need your personality “clean” and u need to be good with every team member, you need to learn to understand everyone and cooperate with everyone.
