Blackie and Milkman’s Horse

Once upon a time there was a horse whose name was Reginald. When he was out delivering the milk he used to meet his friend Blackie, who was a little black dog.

Now Reggie didn’t want to be a milkman’s horse; he wanted to be a racehorse and win the Derby. And Blacky who had rather short legs, wanted to run very fast like a greyhound.

One afternoon they were sitting in Reggie’s stable playing snakes and ladders when Blackie had a idea. ”Why not eat coal?” he said. ”Trains eat coal and they run fast.” And they decided to try.

So they went down to the coal cellar and were just going to take some coal when the landlady came along.

”What! Stealing my coal!” she said, and she picked up a piece of coal and threw it at them. They ran away. Faster than ever in their lives.

Just then the Mayor was looking out of the window. His name was Wiliam.
”Upon my word,” he said, ”that horse can run fast.

I’ll bet he could win the Derby.”

”And look at that dog; a greyhound it is! I’ll give them each a medal.”

And he did.

Բլեքին և Կաթնատուի ձին

Կար չկար, մի ժամանակ մի ձի , որի անունն էր Ռեգինալդ։Երբ նա գնում էր կաթ առաքելու նա, տեսավ իր ընկերոջը, Բլեքիին, որը փոքր սև շուն էր։

Հիմա Ռեգգին չեր ուզում լիներ կաթնատուի ձի։ Նա ուզում էր Մրցողձի լինել և հախթել Դերբին։ Եվ Բլեքին, ով ուներ շատ կարճ ոտքեր, ուզում էր վազել շատ արագ ինչպես հովազ։

Մի առավոտ նրանք նստած էին Ռեգգիի սեղանի մոտ նրանք խաղում էին օձեր և աստիճաններ խաղը։ Երբ Բլեքին ունեցավ մի միտք։ ՛՛Ինչու չուտել ածուխ՛՛ նա ասաց։ ՛՛Գնացքները ուտում են ածուխ և վազում արագ՛՛ Եվ նրանք որոշեցին որպեսզի փորձել։ Այսպիսով նրանք ուղվեցին ածուխի գործարան և նրանք գնում էին վերցնեին մի քիչ ածուխ, երբ եկավ ԼենդԼեդին մենակ։

՛՛Ինչ դուք գողանում եք իմ ածուխը՛՛ նա ասաց, և նա վերցրեց մի ածուխի կտոր և շպրտեց նրանց վրա։ Նրանք վազեցին շատ արագ ինչքան վազել են իրենց կյանքում։

Այդ վախտ Մայորը նայում էր պատուհանց, նրա անունն էր Ուիլիամ։

՛՛Ես եռդվում եմ՛՛ ասաց նա ՛՛Այդ ձին  վազում է շատ արագ։ ես գիտեմ, նա չի կկարողանա հախթել Դերբին ․

՛՛ Եվ նայիր այդ շանը; նրանք նման են հովազների  

Ես կտամ նրանցից ամեն մեկին մի մեդալ

Եվ նա արեց այդ։
